Physical Data
Physcial Data user options can be accessed via the Tools - Options menu.
Click Physical Data under Local Settings to update the following options:
Laser Scan Marker
Marker |
Diameter (in mm) |
The diameter of the Laser Scan tripods in the asset view. The default is 400 mm. |
Height (in mm) |
The height of the Laser Scan tripods in the asset view. The default is 1850 mm. |

Display Bounding Box when selecting Marker |
Whether a bounding box that contains all of the points is displayed when selecting a laser scan tripod in the asset view. The default is checked. |
Laser Scan Points
Cloud Display |
Point Size (in mm) |
The size of each point in a scan cloud. The default is 2 mm. |
Color Scale |
Select whether the points in the laser scan appear in Color or Black & White. The default is Color. |

Use Real Color |
Select whether to load the actual RGB color of a laser scan if it is available. This will only be used if the laser scan hardware supports this feature and the data was captured using real color. The default is Never. |

Laser Scan Default Loading |
Select how Laser Scans and Laser Scan Regions are displayed by default in the asset view. The default is Bounding Box. |

Maximum Number of Points |
The maximum number of points you want to load. You should base this number on the amount of memory on your computer. V-Suite CORE will only load up to this number of points to prevent your computer from running out of memory. |

Number of Display Levels |
The number of display levels for points when loading laser scans. The default is 5 level. |

Default Display Level |
The default display level when starting V-Suite CORE. The default is 1. |
Survey Points

The size of the cube, in mm, used to represent Survey Data in the asset view. The default size is 25 mm. |
