To use V-Suite web application you must sign in to the system. Only valid users are allowed to sign in. Users who have not signed in yet will be directed to the V-Suite sign-in page. The system uses V-Suite authentication or windows authentication to validate users. Click here to learn how to add users.

To use the current windows user's account to sign in, click the Sign in with corporate account button.

To sign in using the V-Suite authentication, click the Sign in with V-Suite account button. You will be prompted to enter the following:

  • User Name - Your V-Suite account username. For example:  "jdoe"
  • Password - Your V-Suite account password.

The Sign in with corporate account button is only available under the following conditions:

  • Authentication Mode is set to Mixed Mode. See Authentication Settings for details.
  • The V-Suite web server is accessed by the client over an Intranet connection, i.e. client's IP address is on the same LAN/WAN as the web server.

If your internet browser keeps asking for User Name and Password when trying to sign in using corporate account, see the Local intranet zone setup page for instructions on how to avoid the prompt.

When you select the Keep me signed in checkbox, your information will be remembered for up to 30 days, even after you close your browser. The next time you open the same browser within 30 days, you will be automatically signed in. In order for Remember Me to function, you should not click the Sign out button in the application, but simply close your browser after you have finished.

By using the Keep me signed in option, you make it easier to sign in again, but this also means that anyone with access to the computer (using the same account to access the computer) will be able to sign in using your V-Suite account. Do not use Remember Me on a public computer or anywhere else where you cannot control access.

The V-Suite administrator has the ability to completely disable the Keep me signed in feature or adjust the number of days for which the sign-in information will be remembered.

The Keep me signed in checkbox will only be available when the client is accessing the V-Suite web server over an Intranet connection, i.e. client's IP address is on the same LAN/WAN as the web server.
