One of the Management of Change associated features is the ability to store change history information. The change history information presented to the user displays that an element was changed but not what was changed.

The Change History record will contain the following fields:

Last Modified

The Date/Time the element was last modified.

By

The user that made the change

As

The role of the user that made the change. If the element was changed by a User Defined Macro this field will display the name of Macro which changed the element. The "By" field indicates the user who executed the macro.

Published

The Date/Time the element was published to production. This field is empty if the element is modified in a WIP but not yet published to production.

Version

The Production Version. This field is empty if the element is modified in a WIP but not yet published to production.

Work Order

The Name/Title of the work order task the user activated when he/she made the change. This field is empty if the user activated a standing task when making the change.

Task

The Name/Tile of the task the user activated when he/she made the change.

Comment

The "Comment" entered by the user when he/she published the task. This field is empty if the user did not enter a comment or the the element is modified in a WIP but not yet publised.

If an element was modified and published multiple times you will see multiple change history records.
