The Intergraph PDS provider adapter provides sufficient asset information to assign non-volatile, unique asset keys. 
V-Suite CORE Synchronization will use a Microstation Database Linkage Attribute to identify assets. This Microstation Database Linkage Attribute is assigned and used by Intergraph PDS and links the Microstation Graphical Element to information in the PDS Relational Database.

V-Suite CORE CAD source synchronization will assign asset keys based on the d atabase linkage attribute of the asset. Asset keys are therefore unique and non-volatile. Refer to V-Suite CORE default Synchronization behavior  for more details on how V-Suite CORE will synchronize the asset database based on unique, non-volatile asset keys.

The Intergraph PDS provider adapter does not allow you to change the default definition of asset keys on the Schema Mapping Page of the CAD Source Wizard.
