Once a display filter has been created you can modify it in several ways. As with all authoring functions, you must have permissions and work in a work order or standing task to update public display filters.

 - Modifying a Display Filter's Properties

  1. Select a display filter in the Display Filter Manager.
  2. Click on the Properties command -  - which can be found on the :


  1. Change the properties of the display filter.


  1. Click Apply to save any changes.

 - Renaming a Display Filter

Display filters can be renamed in the Display Filter Manager.

 - Deleting a Display Filter

Display filters can be deleted in the Display Filter Manager.

 - Refreshing a Display Filter

Display filters that are associated with a search definition can be refreshed as follows. See Creating Display Filters for more information.

  2. Choose the Refresh commmand - - which can be found on the :
  3. The search defined in the attached search definition will be executed and the display filter will be updated with the new search results.
