Modeling Assets
V-Suite CORE Model and Manage allow modeling existing assets from laser scans and regions, as well as minor changesuch as bypases and re-routing of lines.
- Assets can be created from the context menu or through the Assisted Modeling tools. Assets may be created from the built-in Catalog.
- Existing assets can be manipulated interactively in the asset window or using the precision tools for more exact manipulation. They may also be aligned with each other and connected with each other.
- Existing assets can be modified via their properties dialog.
- Assets can be created based on existing assets by creating multiple shifted copies.
- Assets can be created using macros which take an array of user input.
Assets may only be created if you have a valid V-Suite CORE Model or Manage license. You might need to activate it. Users must also have full access rights for Create/Modify/Delete in order to model assets. As with all authoring functions, you must have permissions and work in a work order or standing task to model.
