Knowledge Views are managed in the Knowledge Book. You will only have access to actions that change Knowledge Views or how they are organized for private Knowledge Views or you are working in a work order or standing task.

The Knowledge Book is located in its own tool window. For information on how to activate and work with tool windows, refer to the section on Tool Windows.

The Knowledge Book is comprised of the following parts:

1. The Knowledge View Tree
2. The Knowledge Book Toolbar and Context Menus
3. The Knowledge View Search
4. The Knowledge View Preview
