Commonly used basic application functions are accessible through the Main Toolbar. Single-click on the toolbar button to carry out the action represented by that button. Default location for the toolbar is across the top of Main Application Window.

The Main Toolbar is customizable. You may add or remove buttons to certain functions.

Default buttons on the Main Toolbar:



Add Buttons to the Main Toolbar


 1. Click on the Customize button on the toolbar


 2. Click on the Add or Remove Buttons menu item


 3. Click on the buttons to add. A checkmark will appear signifying the addition of the button to the toolbar.


Remove Buttons from the Main Toolbar


 1. Click on the Customize button on the toolbar


 2. Click on the Add or Remove Buttons menu item


 3. Click on the buttons to remove. The checkmark will disappear signifying the removal of the button from the toolbar.


Create a new Toolbar

The Customize command allows users to create new toolbars and to drag any command to any toolbar.


 1. Click on the Customize button on the toolbar


 2. Click on the Add or Remove Buttons menu item


 3. Click on the Customize... option.


 4. Click on the New button in the Customize dialog.


 5. Enter a name for the new toolbar and click OK. The new toolbar will automatically appear next to the main toolbar.


 6. Click on the Commands tab.


 7. Select the command to add to the new toolbar.


 8. Drag it to the new location next to the main toolbar.
