Open In... |
Displays the Open In menu which contains the New Asset Window command, the New Asset Window Lite command and a list of current asset windows, see Opening Knowledge Views for more information. |

Create New Folder |
If a Knowledge View folder or a workspace is selected then a new folder will be created under the selected item. |
|
Cut |
If a Knowledge View or a Knowledge View folder is selected then it will be cut. |
|
Copy |
If a Knowledge View or a Knowledge View folder is selected then it will be copied. |
|
Paste |
If a Knowledge View folder is selected and the clipboard contains a Knowledge View or a Knowledge View folder then the contents of the clipboard will be pasted in the selected Knowledge View folder. |

Rename |
If a Knowledge View or a Knowledge View folder is selected then it will be renamed. |

Refresh Preview |
Refreshes the Knowledge View preview which is displayed at the bottom of the Knowledge Book. Use this command if you have Knowledge Views from a database that was upgraded from a previous version of RealityLINx. |

Delete |
If a Knowledge View or a Knowledge View folder is selected then it will be deleted. |
|
Publish |
If a Knowledge View folder is selected then it will publish all of the Knowledge Views in that folder to Leica TruView. This feature requires an extra add-on license. |

Show / Hide Search |
Show or hide the search box. |
|
Print Preview |
If a Knowledge View is selected then a print preview of that Knowledge View will be opened. If a Knowledge View folder is selected then a print preview will be opened for all Knowledge Views in that folder, along with all children. |

If a Knowledge View is selected then it is printed. If a Knowledge View folder is selected, thenall the Knowledge Views in that folder plus any children will be printed. |

Print All |
All Knowledge Views in all of the workspaces in all of the Knowledge View folders will be printed. |

Export |
Allows exporting of the Knowledge View as a screenshot along with any data from the Assets in the Knowledge View using a Macro. |

If a Knowledge View is selected then its property dialog will be displayed. See Modifying a Knowledge Views. |
