You can create public and private display filters.

As with all authoring functions, you must have permissions and work in a work order or standing task to create public display filters. Private display filters can be created by anyone with the appropriate permissions.

New Display Filters are created using the default properties specified in the Project Settings. See Modifying Display Filters for information about how to change the properties of a display filter after it has been created.
