1. Display some connected Assets in the Asset Window.



  1. Either
    1. Select ONE Asset and choose "Break Joins" from the context menu to separate it from all of the Assets to which it is connected.


Select the Asset to be separated from all of it's connected Assets.

Choose the "Break Joins" command from the Asset View context menu.

The selected Asset will no longer be connected to anything - ALL of its connections have been deleted.

Please note that the RED LINES show above have been added to illustrate which joins will be broken and will NOT actually appear in the Asset View.


    1. Select TWO Assets which are connected and choose Break Join to separate only those two Assets.


Select the two Assets to be separated.

Choose the "Break Join" command from the Asset View context menu.

The selected Assets will no longer be connected.

Please note that the RED LINE show above has been added to illustrate the join that was broken and will NOT actually appear in the Asset View.
